Our experience with Balland Fence Company was exceptional.  Everyone from the owner, to the office staff, to the installation crew provided excellent communication and customer support.  I was especially impressed with the lead for the installation crew who was respectful, careful about our property and efficient.  But, mostly, I loved that when I asked him a question, he actually gave me his thoughts.  Today, everyone is so afraid to say anything, that most contractors say "it's up to you".  Well, I don't have hundreds of fences under my belt, so his input was just what I needed.  The fence was installed so quickly and it is beautiful.  Kudos to Balland!

You get what you pay for! In todays throwaway culture, too much is lost on quality work. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a fence installed. I've used them in my professional career, and most recently at my residence. We had a 4 foot vinyl coated chain link fence with gates installed in February. They were extremely easy to work with start to finish. Showed up when they said they would for the pre inspection and work, and did a great job. Everything is laser straight, and tight to the house. We also were in midst of a thaw and the yard was mud, but you'd never know they were here. No damage or marks in my yard whatsoever.  Don't look anywhere else! They may not always be the cheapest, but they have outstanding quality (with warranty), and their customer service is great. Peace of mind is priceless.

Quality product and professional install crew. This is the 2nd fence Balland Fence Co has installed for us. The one at our previous house has been up 10 years with no issues. The no-dig install is a game changer for time and cleanliness.

Edit: added the 5th star. Came back because we wanted to add the tension wire due to the looseness of the bottom of the fence caused by the grade of our yard. In between the fence install and this job, we had a tree fall on our fence bending the top rail. The guys fixed that for us free of charge.
